Speedo Problems (AGAIN)
Hey everyone, I recently changed my pickup sensor (2 months ago). Today when I was ridding i noticed the the speedo was jumping up down going to zero and ocassonaly not working at all. Could it be the sensor again after only 2 months? Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

There was an updated sensor available, you may have gotten old stock.

Bill,
So would you go back to the dealer and tell them to give me a new one? Or shall I just bite the bullet and purshase a new one? Also, so you think that the jumping around speedo is for sure the sensor? I have just ordered some redline so I hope this crap will finally get fixed for good.

It wouldn't hurt to try the dealer for a replacement being it was only 2 months ago.. Did you get the old one or the new one acording to the link? If you got the old one, then give them a run for the money since the new one has been around a while. The symptoms sure sound like the sensor.
