Any have any luck getting through to their tech support ?
or getting a reply back from them from submitting a message on their website ?
I have messaged them no reply
Tried calling 2 times get put on hold then after prokkp 30 minutes get a message no tech is available at this time try calling latter.

I had an issue over a year ago. They answered the web contact form within a day or so.
They were never able to get a fix for my issue after 4-5 months.
I was trying to set the Adaptive Fuel Factor temperature hysterics to a lower temp. the PV would not flash the lower temp.
Tried 4 different firmware versions and I gave up after the tech said the engineers / programmers didn't have time to look into it.
