Engine light came on after 10k miles 2016 883 iron
I recently did the custom paint on my 2016 883 iron and it just turned over 10k miles. The weather changed to 40s and 50s with a bit of rain so she sat for about 4 days. Ran great for about 2 weeks till i parked fir the weather. Service engine light came on and it sputters and loss of power. Checked oil and its ready for the 10k service which i was gonna do the primary and oil. Did the dianostic check and it isnt saying the psspt like normal. It goes diagnostic and then i hit the button to scroll and it goes to ecm Y, bcm Y, and speedo N. Why is it not showing a code?

Already did. Its throwing code P0031 ecm code
P0031 ecm code is whats wrong. Checked every pig tail and both battery cables already before i made post

You didn't say anything about that code. P0031 is front HO2S low/open. So check the wiring on your O2 sensor.
I know you said you checked both battery cables but did you look at the negative cable where it grounds to the frame?
