If not solved yet, there's a remote possibility that the 'tip-over sensor' (probably not the correct name) is loose or the mounting bracket is loose. With the sensor incorrectly positioned, maybe the difference in angle is shutting you down.

The bank angle function on the bike is in the TSM/TSSM and is either off or on. No middle road.
Thanks for the correction Ed, once again I've shown a dangerous amount of knowledge.
Hey Anthonym54, I'm quite sure your '06 Dyna has a bank angle sensor. Had a friend stranded with his '04 Fatboy when his failed. Hard to imagine they would have a safety feature on just some models, or that they would go backwards between '04 and '06. However, as pointed out, it doesn't have an 'intermittent' failure mode. I hope your dealer can find it quickly. Intermittent problems can eat up a lot of time.
Hey guys got my dyna went for a ride and started to loose power stopped and would not turn back on acted like it wasnt charging so took it home and uncle jumped it with a running truck so I replaced tssm to tsm and a new ecm and the hole charging system with a new battery all married together... heres the thing its a 96 conversion to a 103 and I got it running and I put it in gear and it dies right away or in neutral and I rev it it dies what to do next?
Sounds like the fitting at the bottom of the tank. It’s possible the o’ring inside the connection gets cocked or dislodged inside and restrict flow. Normally this occurs immediately. Disconnect the fitting and look up under it to see if the o’ring is still in place and not dislodged. If it is, remove and reinstall and you’ll be good to go.
Let us know,
Bob
