Default Codes after cam change

Hi everyone. I just changed cams and heads on my 2011 103 Limited and now my bike is runny crappy and throwing two codes even after reset. The codes are P0107 map sensor open/low and P0113 iat sensor open/high. I did reset the tps and the bike runs worse. The map is a canned map for the correct cam but not the headwork. It appears that all of my sensors are plugged in and I made sure the cam dots were lined up but I'm no expert. The throttle body did get sent in with my heads for a port match. Maybe something got disturbed? Any ideas?

Thanks!
Gregg

Disregard. The sensor was only partially plugged.
