If an 07 engine were to start suffering detonation / pre-ignition, would it throw an error code.

I was just wondering what would happen if one or both of the O2 sensors went bad. I know that since they are narrow band sensors it would probably not cause a great deal of a problem as I think they only adjust a max of 0.5 anyway.

Just curious.

the 02 sensors would operate slower and sluggest when they go bad....or they stop puting out voltage peroid.
