Random rough running tc88

Default Random rough running tc88
Hello, 2001 tc88 now a 103, EFI. 20k since rebuild. Runs great until last month. Hit rain and bike would begin to run rough. I rode behind her and couldn't notice the tail lights browning out. Stopped and couldn't find issue, mainly looked at wet plug wires. Ran great when it stopped raining. Seemed to run rough even if roads were wet. Plug wires were rough so changed them, went through every connection, soaked bike down and couldn't duplicate the rough running. Thought was good till last weekend, she said it missed a handful of times.
No codes
Any ideas?

Don't know, was also happening when the road was wet but not raining.
Last week it was dry.

Oh, I thought you said it happened when you “Hit rain” and then went away.

It happened when we hit rain, then went away, then reappeared when we hit wet roads, then came back when it was dry last week.

Look for whatever gets wet when the bike is ridden in wet conditions.
