Default Tuning a bike, what’s best?

Ok little background info, got my current bike, 2010 Street Glide, over a year ago and it has a 2 into 1 exhaust system on it that I’m not happy with so I’m going to replace with a 2 into 2 system. I know it will need to be tuned so this is my question, what’s the better way to tune it? Buy a tuner or have a dealer dyno tune it? I know if I buy a tuner I can change the tune in the future but would have to pay for another tune at a dealer for any changes I do. Is there any extra benefit to have a dealer dyno tune over a hand held tuner? I got a quote from one of my local HD dealers for $700-$800 roughly and I know I can buy a tuner for less or more than that.

If it were me and it was me in this similar situation I'd go with power vision and do some auto tune sessions. Your Dyno guy has to use some kind of system and a lot of them use power vision. But in my experience with auto tune did quite enough to make me happy with the way the bike ran.
