Default Dyna S ignition Tuning HELP!!!

Hi. I have a 98 Electraglide, and I recently swapped a carb from EFI.
So I replaced the ignition module with a DYNA S, but it's hard to manage the advance unit
I followed the manual, but my bike don't let me follow the manual.
First I unplugged the spark and set the flywheel to advance point. And I started adjusting the Dynas S module according to the manual. The manual says as follows.

Connect test lamp to (front cylinder) ignition coil negative wire (where the blue wire goes (dual fire ignitions) respectively where the black wire goes (single fire ignitions) ) and ground.
With the stand-off screws just snug, rotate trigger rotor counterclockwise to full advance, then rotate ignition base plate clockwise until test light goes on. Try to get the on-off point of the light as close as possible.
If the test light goes already on when you rotate the trigger rotor counterclockwise, then rotate the base plate first counterclockwise until the light goes out, and then clockwise until the light goes on again.

Once I plugged in the test lamp, I had to find the point where the lamp went out because it already lit up. The manual told me to wind the trigger rotor counterclockwise, then turn the plate clockwise to find the point where the lamp lights up, but in my case it was the opposite. In my case, I had to turn the plate clockwise to turn the lamp off, but rather counterclockwise to turn the lamp on.

First, the manual told me to find the point where the lamp light on-off, so I turned the plate counterclockwise.
The lamp remained on, and At some point, I could see that the lamp turned off when I took my hand off the rotor and the rotor went back to its original position.

In general, the way I knew it was that if I turned the plate counterclockwise while holding the rotor counterclockwise, the lamp would turn off at some point, and if I put the rotor back in place at that point, it would be grounded and the lamp would turn on.
My current situation is the opposite of the manual. Do you know what the hell caused it? I need help.

I think you missed that the front cylinder has to be at TDC compression stroke. Reread the instructions.

Thank you so much for your advice Max.
Thanks to you, I think I solved it well.
Now when the test lamp off, and turning the trigger rotor counterclockwise makes light up the test lamp. I think it's set up normally now.
For now, as you told me, I moved the flywheel from 35 degree BTDC (advance mark / ● --> where this mark was taken) to TDC ( I --> where this mark was taken).

And I moved the base plate from side to side. Still, I turn the plate counterclockwise, it lights up, but no matter how many times I turn it clockwise, it doesn't light up.

So eventually, when I loosened the fixing bolts on both sides and turned the plate clockwise to the max allowed, I found the point where the light was coming on.
When I got to that point, I had to turn the plate counterclockwise to turn the light off, and when I turned it clockwise, the light came on.
And at that point, when the trigger rotor was operated counterclockwise, it grounded and the light started to come on.

I had to grind a few millimeters inside the plate to allow it to move clockwise because I couldn't fasten the fixing bolts on both sides at that point.

I haven't tried a test drive yet, but it looks like it's going to work.

Thank you.
