FP4 question
Hey all ,
I was considering getting an fp4. Does anyone have one that can share their experience?
id like to know if you could tune it for a specific cam like the Fp3 could?
id also like to know how the auto tune feature was like to use

First off, there is no such thing as autotune. Second of all, the FP3 leaves a lot to be desired as anything but a stage 1 half assed fuel management system and marginal at that. The FP4 is for 21 and newer bikes.
You need to watch these videos in their entirety. I don't have the patience to explain it all for the hundredh time anymore. Very few people here have the knowledge or technology to gather data and tune an ECM with all it's tables under varying loads.
Find a competent tuner that has and knows ow to use a dyno to properly tune your engine not only for max power but fuel economy and overall engine health and longevity. You don't know how, That box you hook up sure doesn't. So how are you getting a tune specifically for all your bike's variables? By email? Haha! Surely you jest!
Pay attention. Then go get a TTS Mastertune and find a competent tuner with a dyno. Not just anyone with a dyno either. Stay away from dealer dynos. Most don't know how to tune and/or aren't allowed to properly tune if they did.
Most good tuners prefer the TTS. Very few, if any, will tune with the FP3 or FP4. It's an inferior tuner.
