Simply FYI. blutableonly originally posted more in the welcome area, and received a warm welcome. He was instructed to post here, since he also has an issue with his T-Max ECU. Here is the information he gave in the other thread:
My Thundermax has been sitting unpowered for over a year, and no longer responds or functions/wakes up. Need recommendations on how to proceed. Is it worthwhile to get a connector cable and download the windows software and attempt to communicate with the box or..? Any help greatly appreciated. Thank you!
I would agree that giving Thundermax a call would be the first step. You can call them or email their customer service folks. They've always been helpful whenever I needed them. https://store.thunder-max.com/pages/contact
How do you know the T-Max is not responding? It has no lights or anything else to indicate wether it's functioning or not. How about we start with... what's the bike doing?

Actually it does. It's the engine light in the speedometer.
Hook the TMax up to the software on your laptop. Then you can get some diagnostics done, maybe see some error codes. You can also see if there is a firmware or software update. I have a feeling if you contact Zippers they will tell you to do that.

Probably better to contact Thunderheart as they took over Tmax support in about 2016. I've found the best way to contact them is through email. They generally review emails in the morning but may get back quicker if not overloaded.
