TROUBLE CODE 16
HELP!!! I have a 1998 Ultra with EFI. Came in from a rainy ride and shut the bike off. Next day won't start. No spark at all, trouble code 16(low voltage) shows. There is a new coil, the battery shows 12 volts. Anyone have any ideas? ANY HELP WOULD BE GREATLY APPRECIATED!!!!!

code 16 is System relay contacts open. Here's the trouble sheet for that, which they refer to as P1003. Good luck.

Had a problem on my 98 after orginal purchase. After I would wash it, it wouldn't start. Let it sit for a couple of days, then no problem. Found that water had gotten into the computer via the area by the main connector. Took cover off computer only to find that there was no seal between the board and the cover. Applied a good bead of silicone between baord and cover, no more problems.......
