I am getting a front cylinder o2 trouble code with my se auto tune. I have already done all the necessary diagnostics. I believe the unit is failing. Anyone know if Harley will repair this tuner or if there is a dealer that will repair the unit?

its not your tuner. The tuner reports the code. Check tour o2 sensor and connector. What diagnostics have you done? What is the code?
Like I said, I just want to get it repaired. Im a technician. Ive tested everything and I have it down to the tuner. Im not on here to argue with anybody. I just wanna know who repairs the unit.

I apologize I dont mean to come on too strong, but Ive had a lot of issues with Harley their service and their parts and its getting really annoying. I got a grand wrapped up in this tuner and Im pretty irritated. They want to charge me $100 an hour to figure it out for me and Id rather just go onto another tuner than the waste my time With these dealerships if you have a recommendation on a good tuner, I have a 2017 street glide originally a 107 that I built to an SNS 124 with an SNS 475C cam and at this point I might rip it all out and just get a custom Map.

no problem. I understand your frustration. Just trying to help you from going down the wrong path. So if your issue throwing an O2 code, I would look at the bike rather then the tuner. Having said that, I replaced my Harley SEPST tuner and a Vance and Hines F4 with a Power Vision (PV3b). However, if I had to do it again, I think I would go with a TTS. For your build, I think you would do well with either power vision or TT.
Thank you for understanding. I have checked all the wiring and have gone through a couple brand-name O2 sensors the code thats coming up is a non-responsive O2 sensor but again thoroughly testing this over and over I lead straight to the SC Smart module. I didnt have any codes until I added it. However, the bike runs very good and hasnt been much of a riding issue just more annoying than anything.
