At one point he was a long time employee, but I don't believe that's the case now. My perspective is he's the only one that has provided answers to questions about DJ products.
That's a whole lot more than anyone else, including their largest retailer who rarely enters any of the tuning discussions. If people had done their research when shopping for an
inexpensive tuning device they'd have found that for a mere $49 you could've bought the most capable tuning device for the HD ecm.
Do tell Lonewolf. What is this magical $49 dollar device? And also are you the owner of the company that produces it?

Dynojet products aren't all that bad and it depends on which model you buy.. It's like anything else in this world You pay cheap you get cheap You pay expensive, You normally get a quality product..
To me the PV2-B is a quality product.. Is it hard to understand at first? Yes as a novice but as you learn to tune and data log and compare which takes a long time You can get a tune that will knock the socks off of a lot of dyno tuners out there..
I'm not saying all Dyno tuners suck but there are some out there that really don't know how to tune. They're just looking for that magical number up in the sky and then using a correction factor of 1.05 to make their numbers look good...
If you understand the software and how it works you can do a damn good job on your own tuning with the PV2-b.. There are some people out there that will knock it but if you got time and you want to learn for the price it's a reasonable tuner..
I don't like the PV3 and I don't like the PV4 because yes they are somewhat limited..
@WS6_Keith I've noticed most of your posts seem to surround Dynojet and with an above average knowledge of their devices & software. While the information you provide is valuable and appreciated, transparency is also very important. So I'd like to ask if this is you, a previous Dynojet representative?
Yup, that's me. I did that job for quite a long time and certainly have seen and heard it all from customers. Now that I'm no longer affiliated, I get to speak my mind. It's freeing in a sense.

I suspected so. Maybe you could come out of retirement and help them correct some of the recent shortcomings.
Per this thread pro users are dissatisfied with support. Dynojet appear to have lost Zendesk and all the information & articles that were held there. With that they've also lost all my historical and open tickets. A open ticket I have that's missing is supposed to be resolved according to Fuel Moto however Dynojet Tech has not reached out to me to advise that, presumably due to the missing tickets. Cant open a ticket online without receiving an error as it seems Zendesk was their Helpdesk system and they haven't replaced it with anything else. I don't really care about that ticket anymore because It was for a PV4 which I replaced with a PV2 but I'd expect a follow up to ongoing open tickets. Bad business practices and just plain unprofessional, what I would expect from some guy working out of his garage.
