I'm another amateur user. I stuck with the original Power Vision and WinPV because C3 didn't give me access to the same parameters that WinPV did. I started with a PV3 and it was frustrating that I couldn't convert my djt files to pvt and use the less limited software. Apparently its a dealer only privilege. C3 wouldn't let me turn off knock control or access the closed loop bias tables.

A friend has a PV3 for his CanAm. After an update he lost access to some tables. He had to buy some tokens to get them back. The tokens aren't expensive but it left a bad taste in his mouth.

Both of my bikes are tuned with TTS now and I sold both Power Visions. I wouldn't mind paying extra for the ABS bleed function because that's one less tool to buy. I don't like the tuning ability being limited because I'm not an authorized dealer.

As far as the abs bleed and adapt options, what exactly is the adapt option? Also is the $50 fee for the abs function a once and done or do you have to renew each year? As a side it would also be nice if Dynojet could offer a quick shifter option as well as launch control.

er!!
You can have more than one tool in your toolbox. A human isn't going to be around after hours either.

If you don't want to partake you don't have to.

What I was frsutrated with, is I wanted the phone based tuner, that is the future. But was told to many bugs, don't get it. Now I hear if I don't log my tuner on enough it will die. How can it die sitting in a box?

Zero contact in over 20 years!!!!!

Same here. Never been contacted. Plus the fact they allow Fuel Moto to set MSRP instead of the manufacture shows how DJ feels about t
his end customer. The lack of dealer support and dyno operator support is gross.

Dyno Jet Harley tuning support is awful. Every time I call I am stuck instructing them on how Delphi and their products work.

He is the only guy that worked at DJ? No other can make a call besides him? What about Dan. Paul can pick up the phone as well. I am the president of my company. Doesn't keep me from reaching out to customers? I just got a letter from MTC thanking me for my first purchase but here is DJ with excuses. Blame it on a dead guy that can't defend himself.

Wonder why DJ hasn’t developed a better software for data logging. WinPv was great for the most part, but no real data logging software. Next bike I will switching back to TTS. They need to remember that while the pro tuners should get top priority, the amateur/hobbyist also provide a large source of income for the company. Alienating them would be a mistake. TTS is looking like a much better solution going forward.

Amazing how quick “we care” turns into silence. Especially after selling features as “coming soon” and then charging extra for them later. Feels less like support, more like a hustle.
