Amazing how quick we care turns into silence. Especially after selling features as coming soon and then charging extra for them later. Feels less like support, more like a hustle.
I'm still here, stayed late today editing a 30+ min video going over the new install process for the Gen 2 M8 bikes. I've been sharing everything in this forum with the team too.
Wonder why DJ hasn’t developed a better software for data logging. WinPv was great for the most part, but no real data logging software. Next bike I will switching back to TTS. They need to remember that while the pro tuners should get top priority, the amateur/hobbyist also provide a large source of income for the company. Alienating them would be a mistake. TTS is looking like a much better solution going forward.
I'm unsure by what you mean here. All of the Power Visions are capable of data logging. C3 is capable of opening those logs and reviewing each parameter individually. I did also work with TJ, one of our engineers, to produce a pretty lengthy comparsion video between C3 and WinPV. It's on our Facebook now but I'll upload it to YouTube here later this week.
Again!!!! More DJ smoke mirrors and misdirection and straight out bullshit. t first i was like are they stupod for showing this, then i just let them insert their own foot in their mouth.....
if it was all that easy and worked like that, I'd have never started the other thread and woudn't be in this one either.

I would ask you. what is your tuning experience? What products have you tuned with and at what volume for each? You are unsure of what people mean? Ever log and view data with TTS MasterTune?

Viewing data logs in C3 is still way behind the advanced software's in the market, I have sent email to DJ support to advise how we can remove the de-acceleration and false data from the log unfortunately no feedback yet.
With WinPV the log was in csv format which you can easily open it in other software, however, now with C3 the log file in djt format only and we are restricted to view it in C3 only, keeping in mind that tuning the new bikes will be manually which will consume more time specially adjusting VE tables, now imagine that your data log are incorrect what will be the end result.
I hope that DJ allow both formats csv & djt in PV3 & PV4

You are aware to open C3. You have to have internet connection. Won't let you open if no internet connection or if you have old operating system on your computer. .....and there are still better ways to view than what DJ has to offer. If you don't have the proper log in. You will be restricted even more by the manufacture.
look Paul, I dont know you and i dont mean to offend you in any way, so please understand that.
but calling yourself the brand "Champion" really isn't correct, We are the brand champions out here, the guys that have to deal with these issues we have and keep a smile on our face and re-assure customers that things are good. We get the brunt of the bullshit, we take the loss of income and we suffer for the sake of giving and keeping DynoJet a good name.

Dynojet has found a way to be in your pocket well into the future with the new PV4. Not only do they nickel and dime you with all of the Ala carte feature purchases, but they have also seen to it that your purchase needs an annual renewal. This biznez model is the gift that keeps on giving for dynojet. If I could find someone to buy my PV4 SCAM Id be selling it to buy another companies product. If your listening Dynojet try some good customer service and refund me my money for my PV4 and I will pay the difference and buy the original Power Vision of which I was more than happy with!!!
I'll do a plug for DJ. I was fighting a long going problem on my bike and finally gave in and went with the DJ PV-1B, I think it is. It fixed my bike up, and it has never run so damn good!
I love it.
I bought through FuelMoto, and they have been incredibly helpful and above expectations working with me, as I learned how and what this "tuner" stuff is all about.
Excellent customer service and fine product. Set me back $600 but it was worth it as the bike is running better than it ever has, and I do not think it could run any better it's so good.
So plug for FuelMoto and their support people. Expensive, yeah, I thought so, worth it? Hell ya. FuelMoto won me over as a customer.

And Dynojet bailed on supporting the PV-1b for the gen 2 M8. They claim the it was no longer capable of being used on the new bikes. So if you happen to by a gen2 , like i did. That PV-1b just became a $600 paper weight. FM support or not.
