Just orderedone from Shooter64. If I have a problem I want to talk to someone who has the answers and knows the product inside and out. I had a few special requests and he looked after me.

Gee, that' a no-brainer - DO IT NOW, get the hang of it before you actually really need it, no use trying to solve engine and tuning problems at the same time, GET 'ER DONE

Make sure you have a serial port on your computer or you will have to get a USB to serial port adapter. I have looked locally in Tucson and so far they are either out of stock or the places i have been dont carry them. I am not in a hurry so i will probably just order one from Zippers.

Are you sure about that? I was under the impression most laptops had phased out the Serial Port, and I have seen a lot of people on these forums confusing the VGA Port (for second monitor) for a serial output, heck, even I did that with my old Toshiba [:@]

Well i have been reading the manual and alot of what i am reading is greek to me. So working with my I.T. guy at work things are starting to make sense to me...reckon i am just computer language illiterate. Now my problem is do i install it now...or wait until i do the 117" build sometime in mid January? Decisions decisions.....

mike v
Install it now and get used to working the graphs, when 117" comes you will be ahead of the learning curve.
