Your best place to study is up here and on other forums. Not just the nice posts, but also look at all the help required posts. Look at fuel mileage sucks posts. Read all the posts both good and bad.
Ask yourself a question, what are you looking for? Do you want a fully automatic tuner, or do you want one that requires tweaking on your part?
What mods do you have on your bike, and how far do you intend to go? If it's just an air kit and pipes, a lot of tuners are overkill and expensive.
The answer to your question is up here already. Its not the person who's telling you what to buy. It's the people who are posting for other reasons like problems, complaints, and negative feedback. They will guide you to the right one.
Dynasty....Im seriously considering getting a Thundermax Auto Tune...like really soon. I've heard in other forums that Eastern Performance (an HD Forum vendor) has best pricing.
If you want a SERT get an older version off ebay like this one and download the new V477 software off the internet. You can save a few bucks that way. The interface module off an older SERT will work fine with the new software version.
