Speedo/Tacho Combo
Ok,Guys
I have a situation, I just installed a new Speedo/Tacho on my 2001 HERITAGE SPRINGER (FLSTS). And yes I bought the right part! When I got it open, I noticed I had an extra pink wired, not pluged to the connector, anyway, afer all the fuzz of the plug and play, I took the bike for a test drive, and the noticed, the Tacho didd not work. If anybody have idea, please advise....

Search the forum back (maybe as much as a year) & this was discussed. I believe I remember (as best I can) that the pink wire needed to be connected for the tach signal to another connector. If you find the right thread they told the exact physical connection for it.
