I consider myself a good tuner with experience and depending on the build I spend any where from 4 hours to 6 hours. Some times ugly computer problems or dyno problems take up time also.

Zero, but I would find doc and see if you can get him to do it. You may as well burn the money that you would spend at the dealers for an hour and a half tune.
If you have all the time in the world and like to do things THAT YOU COMPLETELY UNDERSTAND yourself, you don't need a dyno. Just asking the question means to me that you should seek out Doc or someone like him.
