different cyl temps

So I was out testing my new map the other day thought that I would take my temp gun, the outside air was 50* took temp on front cyl (about 15 sec. After I shut the bike off) it was 256* 1" from the plug, took the temp on the rear cyl 1" from the plug it was 306* so that is 50* difference between the two, is that normal ? Will I be able to get them the same with a dyno?

From what I've read, those numbers are normal.

Rear cylinder will run 15% hotter that the front. With fuel injection you can control both cylinders separate so a good tuner can get it cooled down to about 15 degrees different.
