shortshots without tune?

shortshots without tune?
2008 Sportster 1200. Just installed the short shots but have not put on the fuelpak because I don't have a high flow air cleaner yet. Anyone else running exhaust without a tune? Any issues?

You might get some popping and maybe some backfiring.
In general:
Changing exhaust alone is ok.
Changing any other combination of intake, exhaust, and tuning must include some type of air/fuel adjustment (Fuelpack, SERT, PCIII, Stage I download from your dealer, full Dyno tune, etc.
