The new files in the V-Tuner are a mt7 the older SERT files are a mt6, so the V-Tuner dongal will read mt6 and mt7 files but your older SERT will not read mt7 files.

ive read and learned alot from Doc, also called him and he took his timeto answer all my questions and i always wanted to thank him on the forum so thanks Doc, if you would talk to him you would se getting it done right is the goal.
