SCREAMIN’ EAGLE PRO PERFORMANCE
IGNITION SYSTEM – XL MODELS
This module is programmed to allow the engine to turn
7000 RPM and retards timing by 5 degrees at wide-open

but would like to know (if anyone out knows) the real deal,
one vs. the other:
- in a stage 1 883
- in a 1200 conversion
- in a stage 1 1200 (I know the timing AND gearing is different from an 883)

If you converted your 883 to a 1200 you want to run a 1200 ignition system. The Pro Race Ignition that retards timing at wot by 5 degrees is for a build with a bit more compression added to your stock 1200cc.
If your 1200 is stock run the street legal one for a faster advance curve.
