Front Brake Light Switch Problem
I have an 06 Ultra Classic (4900 miles) \\;with a break light issue. \\; The break light flickers off and on going down the road and may even stay on for a couple of miles at a time. \\; I bought the bike new in Feb 06 and other than adjustments made during the 1000 mile checkup, it has not had any maintenance done to the throttle/front break housing. \\; I have sprayed some WD-40 between the brake lever and housing which seemed to help but it is still flickering. \\; What is strange is that if I slightly pull up or push down on the lever, even though the lever is still all the way forward, the brake light comes on. \\; Any ideas? \\; Would replacing the swith be an expensive fix through the dealer? \\; I know, that was probably a dumn question! \\;
