stage 1 download / error codes

I have 2006 HDI dyna wide glide. I installed se II mufflers in my 1000 mile service. Last week , 3000 miles , I installed se a/c kit and a download ( 34385-06 calibration id ).
Unfortunately after this remap I found error codes p0134 and p0154 which are front and rear o2 sensors open. \\;

So, how can I get rid of this ? Also I am riding the bike at the moment. Is it harmful with the error codes on ?
