Air filter identification
I'm wondering if anyone can help me identify the air filter I'm running. I don't have a pic of it. Maybe I'll try that if I don't get any answers. I'm preparing to order a PCIII and want to know what type I'm running so I can get the proper map. Bought the bike used and \\;the owner couldn't remember what type was installed. \\; It is an oiled cloth type filter, black in color, taper round type. The metal attachment plate has the HD logo and says something to the effect of 'for HD filter covers' I believe. There are no other numbers on the metal plate. There are numbers on the black rubber ring. They are \\; 4055E. I have had no luck looking the number up. \\; I'm guessing its either a SE or Ness big sucker? Any thoughts?
