I still am searching for problem. My bike has shutdown 4 times now in the last month. When it quits there is no spark at the plugs, but everything else works. It has done it at 60 mph, and at 10 mph. Three different dealers have looked at it and it never reproduces when they have it. After shutdown it takes about 1 hour and than will restart an run fine. It has happened after 30 miles of riding, and after 2 miles. I have gone 200 miles in a day with no problems. I am at the point of replacing something, but where should I start. No DTC's show up either after or when it will not start. The bike is a 06 ultra, with 5500 miles.
