If I do the master reset procedure, does it put the ECM back to factory stock (assuming a stock engine - no SERT)? That is, I understand the ECM "learns" as you ride. I put XiEDs on there and my mileage dropped by 25%, so I want to return the bike to stock. I've removed the XiEDs.
To do the master reset, do I have to be in the diagnostic mode or just do the key on/off/on/off/on and then left turn signal?
Oh, and will it do anything to the security module or will it still work normally?

What is the "Master Reset"????
Are you referring to getting the bike back to 100% of the Adaptive Fuel Value????
If that is what you are referring to, just remove the IED units and let the bike relearn itself, or go to a HD shop and have them reset it via the Digital Technician....
