How do you know that's all it needs? Or if it even needs it? I'm sorry, maybe the info's in your sig or something. I don't have them enabled.
I don't understand. Have you put different exhaust and intake assemblies on your bike, been riding it, and don't like the way it's running? Is it a current bike or an older model? Does it have closed-loop EFI? Do you want to maintain or disable that capability? There's a lot of information lacking, at least to me, so far.
sorry It's a 08 rocker some decel popping and 1st gear low speed surges
No matter what tuner you don't just add more fuel from idle to wot.
Just about any tuner will add fuel, some you can't take fuel out and to have a correct afr you often times need to do both.
A good tuner will try all thottle positions under load to get it right.
Just putting it on a dyno and slamming the throttle wot is not how we ride and not how you tune for real world riding.
I know that but "most" tuners will only add fuel at above a certain point so they are epa compliant. I am just looking for one that i can add more fuel at any throttle position.

The PCIII's I am familiar with you could add fuel at 0% throttle and up.
The Thundermax I have as an actual idle circuit that can be adjusted. It was very lean with my new cams and zippers added more fuel to it.
Just pick up a tuner/software from mastertune.net, or one of a couple members here who sell them. Look at the dealer page at their site and look for HDMD or Flying W.
