is there any easy way to adjust the tps sensor?/
my 08 ultra is reading 4.5% at idle.. and my tuner says that
will mess up my tune... i cant find anything in the service manual about adjusting it??/ help

i would still think that 0% is what is needed at idle??
hot or cold ... tgs??? i dont suppose anyone with the elect manual would post the tuning specs for the tps???

TGS systems are a little different.....
You will find the specs in the Electrical Diagnostics Manual....
Your bike is a Drive by Wire bike ie: has no throttle cable. HD calles the handle bar throttle a TGS. That stands for Twist Grip Sensor. Since the throttle blade also has a sensor that is called TPS for Throttle Position Sensor. As Bob stated the tps will run 2 - 5% as the ECM is controling the blade position to control idle speed. If it closed the blade your bike would not run. It seems your tuner is a little behind the times and not up on the DBW bikes. For a cable throttle your tuner would be correct.
