Default Starting problems

I have a problem starting my 95 HD Heritage Softail Classic. When I go out to ride after it has sat all night, I push the starter and it only clicks. I can push it several times and all I get is clicking. If I put it on the trickle charger for an hour or so then try it I get it to click several times but eventually (after about 10 to 15 clicks) it starts. It's good the rest of the day no matter how many times I shut is down and start it again. If I let it sit all night, same situation. The clicking sounds like the starter solenoid but it almost seems like it doesn't have enough power to push the plunger in to turn the starter. I was thinking I have an electrical draw somewhere and it runs the battery down overnight. I saw a HD batter "tender" that is supose to constently monitor your battery and keep it charged which makes me think this is a cronic problem with the year/model of HD?
Any advice out there?

Battery tenders are really intended to maintain the charge on the battery through the winter. One thing is check the voltage across the terminals on the battery. If you're draining the battery the voltage across the terminals will drop. That's without running. If the voltage isn't dropping overnight then you ought to consider the starter relay. If it is dropping overnight, i.e. you're draining the battery, you might try pulling the maxifuse and see if that fixes it. If not then you might be losing power internally to the battery. Just setting on a shelf not connected to anything it will eventualy go dead, but it shouldn't happen quickly.

Haven't tried anything that LilBudyWizer suggested yet. It's been really crappy weather here in MN. I'll keep you posted on what I find. It's frustrating though huh?
