Synchronize VE with closed loop BIAS table changed?

Synchronize VE with closed loop BIAS table changed?
Hello, sorry about my bad english (I'm French)
I have synchronized my VE tables with the SEST. For that I have recorded the ECM engine data during a race on the road.
I have changed the VE by new VE mesured by the ECM.
BUT NOW...
I want to change the closed loop BIAS tables at 650mV to have an AFR at 14.3
What my synchronization will become? Because in the AFR table, the ECM read 14.6 but the mixture is more rich.
So can I synchronize my VE tables and change the closed loop BIAS tables.
