Another ecm problem
I took off all the sheet metal for paint. now I'm getting fuel to injectors but it wont fire. If I take a test light and touch wire that is for injector that one will work. move test light it shuts down. bike ran fine before i took it apart. any ideas?

just a regular test light. I found whatever color wire was for the injectors back by battery tested it for power and it fired over just on that injector. Light was flashing while running.Take away light stops working.

The injector test light shows voltage differances between the two wires. Your test light shows the differance of one wire versus ground. You need to disconnect the wires from the injector and test each wire seperately. One should flash, the other shouldn't. The yellow/green wire, or whatever color wire is on both injectors, is your power and should stay lite. The other wire on each is the signal and should flash the light. It sounds like you're not getting power and not really firing the injectors. The injectors only have about 10-25 ohms resistance since they are high current solenoids. If the two wires are connected through the injector and the power line goes nowhere then both sides are going to look the same. If you have power then you'll get the full voltage drop across the injector. The power side will stay at power while the signal swings between power and ground.
