Fuel pressure light problem..
Hey guys I have a 2004 Road King with fuel injection, when i go to start it i turn on the main switch and then the on/off switch and wait for the amber light on the speedo to go out. After it goes out i go to start it and then the amber light comes back on.. most times it will start and eventually the light goes out after a while takes usually 5 to 10 seconds. Does anyone know what is causing this i appreciate it.

You have a code stored in the ECM. Sometimes the ECM will store a code if the bike has a misfire or something small that isnt really a problem and only happens once. The ECM will remove this code after 50 revolutions of the ignition switch or you can remove it yourself. Use the self diagnostics to read the code or go to a dealer and have them plug the bike in.
