Totally new to this EFI stuff. I have a question that I searched for and cannot find an answer. I had the stealer put on my stage 1, SERT, S/E A/C, and SE slip ons. They did the dyno thing and all is fine.
Well I just cannot leave well enough alone and ordered a set of Vance and Hines dresser duals.
My question is will I need to have my bike re-dynoed after I install the true duals or should it be ok?
Well need... you certainly will do no damage. Will it operates at peak performance, no you will need to re-tune, if that's what you meant by a dyno thing. Will it run good enough, probably but only you can be the judge of that.
Going from slip-ons to a tuned exhaust is usually a big change in VE for one cylinder or the other. I can't tell you if you will notice a change in throttle response. Its not going to hurt anything short term, but keep an eye on the plugs over the long term.
