Electronic throttle cuts out
Hey I'm a new to the site and was wondering if anyone else has had a problem with the Electronic throttle on their touring bikes. I have an 09 Street Glide that has 3 times now "lost" its signal when I start up. The bike will idle at around 1500 rpm and will only let the engine rev to 1900-2000 rpm's at full throttle. It seems to reset itself after I shut it off for 20 min. or so. It's becoming increasingly embarrasing to own a new Harley that wont run right. The dealer says they have never heard of that problem. Can anyone help?
