So I have talked to my HD dealers tech, and i was quoted roughly $900.00 for Tuner, labor and dyno test to fine tune my bike. Reasonable? im thinking it is, but want to know what others think.
For the whole package it is about what they get around here. Some are even more than that. I was quoted $400-750 in Hartford and a flat $450 in Bristol just to tune it so add another approx $500 for the tuner
yes, tune it, not test my bad. I specifically asked if they was going to just slap a canned map on it and say they tuned it and they told me they would tune it.
I paid $400 for my SE pro race tuner and $300 for the dyno. Just to give you an idea.
Hi,
Just asking but are those rinehart slip ons on your bike the look great and it was the same combo i was thinking to add to my SG over here in the uk. Do you have part numbers if so ??
Thanks and all the best...

You are probably in the ballpark especially if they spend 3-4 hours tuning it. If you are handy with the computer then look into the TTS at www.mastertune.net
The time on the dyno is $225.00 here, plus the cost of the super tuner. Was told as many times as necessary to get it right. Will be finding out how many times soon as the break in begins the 13th.
