The range of accuracy for NB O2 sensors is .400v to .800v, which translates into 14.2-15.0:1 AFR. Once the fuel ratio is outside these limits, the accuracy of measurement rapidly deteriorates. This is why NB sensors are most-often used as a 14.7:1 AFR voltage switch.

How can xIED affect WOT when the stock O2 sensor ceases to work after about 50% TP? It is well-beyond its functional range by the time it gets to WOT.
