TTS Master Tune

I am looking at fuel management for my wifes new bike. 09 Softail. I have been reading about the TTS, I have a question in regards to making the connection to the pcm. Am I going to need a laptop to make the calibrations or will I be able to take the pcm out and bring it in the house and connect to the desktop? Thanks in advance.

You need a laptop, or a computer near the bike. The ECM is powered from the bike.

Yes the program is on a cd but if you have a PC and can copy the files to a thumb drive, you can load it on the laptop that way. You also need an Internet connection for the laptop so that all the TTS programs can be updated. The copy to a USB drive I read on another thread asking about the same thing. Good Luck!
