Security System Help Needed

Security System Help Needed
The key light does not blink, the turn signlas do not work and the bike will not start. Everything powers up, radio, lights, brake lights etc but the bike won't start. I also noticed that the gage lights work except for the speedometer and tachometer.
I checked the fuses but didn't see any that are blown. I swapped out the 15a fuses one at a time with one that I know is not blown. Not sure how to check the...not sure of the technical term, but the square three and four prong fuses.
It's a 2010UltraClassic.
Anyone have any ideas?
