Advise Please

I crank it for the first time yesterday and rode it some about 25 miles after freshing up the top end and making some other changes (had 106,000 on the clock). The only problem I am having breaking it in is when I start it hot it will start and idle is way low and cuts off. To keep it from doing this once started I have to give it some throttle for about half a minute and it will idle fine. Then when I have been riding for a while when I go to make a turn and pull the clutch in while making the turn it will idle down real low then cut off. Starts right back up but worried about getting hit in the rear while dieing. I received a basic map from DynoJet for my set up and is what I am working with. I did not have this problem before. Being a 2002 Ultra this time I installed a auto tune but same power vision.

Do you have any suggestions, as it is dangers and aggravating?
Please give advice.

I did it like a carburetor and richened up the low end in quick tune. Only have 70 miles on since I put her back together. Was down a month and one day liked to killed me. But I do all my own work including machine work. Only problem with the top end at 106,000 was the front exhaust valve was not seating very good. She is my only transportation I own and I would not have it any other way. LOL

I will do some logs after a few more miles but she is running fine so far for break in.

How can I change the VSS numbers in a map? I searched on the topic and found this. Go to Setup > Options > User Level. Change user level from Normal to Pro. I have the latest, updated version of WinPV and it only has Normal under user level. When you click on Normal there is a drop down arrow, but there is no "Pro" available under it. I used Quicktune to calibrate my speedometer and would like to save the numbers directly in a map. Thanks.
