SERT Dyno Tuning

Is it possible to set up a SERT reasonably accurate without using a dyno because my harley dealer does not have a dyno and he reckons he can get it to run properly downloading data from other bikes that have roughly the same set up as mine and then fine tune it from there.

anything other than a slight muffler change as in slip ons, NO IT IS NOT POSSIBLE

He won't be able to get it dead on but he'll get it close if he rides it and uses the Data Mode feature. When I say close I mean it won't be lean and it shouldn't ping.

And he won't know if one cylinder goes pig rich and he won't know where his air fuel is etc etc. On a delphi bike, one cyl tends to begin to breathe when the other slows down. Look at the ve tables and you will see that it would be a mistake to do anything other than simple slip on change or air cleaner and think you can map it by riding around.
