engine codes

I have 2006 wide glide and it started to miss at certain throttle positions and is throwing multiple codes p0263(rear injector open) and p1356(rear cylinder no combustion) can anyone help with what to do?

sounds like a spark issue. have you checked plugs, wires, and coil?
