If the exhaust is in a bind then it will vibrate the frame. Loosen all nuts and bolts. Move the exhaust around a little to find a sweet spot. Tighten up the head exhaust nuts a little then bolt it to the frame but do not tighten, just snug it up. Tighten the head exhaust nuts to spec then finish with the frame bolts. Just need to center the exhaust system so there is no bind.

Just checked every inch of the exhaust and it doesn't bolt to the frame. Only to the heads and transmission. All off the frame.

Isn't the lower mount on the bottom of the tranny cover to the frame? Well... was worth a try.

I had a vibration from 2200-2600, found out it was my highway pegs, put my feet on the pegs and it would stop. Just my thoughts.
