Yes! Even my old Evo manages around 14 volts. Check it with the engine off and it should be at least high 12s, and with the engine running at around 2,500rpm it should be around 14. If you are not getting those sort of numbers something is wrong and you need to do some more thorough checks, which will help identify where the problem is.
Do you have any problems you can tell us about?! You may have battery, regulator or stator problems, all of which are common.
my battery is fairly new maybe 6 months ,, i am going to re - re-recheck battery connections again i noticed the problem after installing aftermarket led blinkers,,i had to install a load simulator in the blinker circuit and i already have the brake lights running threw the blinkers ( yet another add on ) but that upgrade was the one from harley ,, once the engine speed drops down and i apply the brake my blinkers go to a dim light on the control panel and then seems to "time" out
Check it with the engine off and it should be at least high 12s well then i must have a battery problem then cuz i'm only getting around mid 11"s right off of the battery tender which shows that it is charged!!
no low voltage problem
