reprogram PCV from Touring to Dyna?

My Father in law has an unused PCV for his 2009 Ultra glide. Always on the lookout for cheap deals, I wonder if it can be reprogrammed to work on my 2010 FXDC?

Unfortunately the 09 Touring and 2010 Dyna have different ECM's and use different PC-V units. If you are looking to save some money we do have a slightly Dyna PC-V we can offer you a good discount on. If interested you can me at 877-729-4754
