Default Installing PCV in a 2010 Roadie

I installed (more like stuffed) a PCIII into my 06 Wide Glide. Finding space for the device was simple enough, but routing and stuffing the bus connector was a b*tch.

Anyone installed a PCV in to a 2010 touring bike? I'm curious how difficult it is...by comparison to a Dyna if you know.

Any insight appreciated.

Scott I think the 09 & 10 models are the same. I do recall reading some of 08 riders complaining of tight fit of cable connector. The PCV itself is much smaller than the PCIII and velcros nice on top of ECM. The cable harness connector I stuffed in front of battery like this video shows without much difficulty.

There's nothing to it. It is a tight squeeze to stuff the PCV into place, but it's a very easy job. You just plug into the main harness. No messing with injectors, etc.

There is absolutely no issue. Our 2010 SG has ABS and there is plenty of room to mount the PC-V as well as Auto Tune modules if utilized.

I just checked out the install video (pretty crappy that they can't even provide an audio track). When you unplug the O2 sensor harness what do you do with it? Looks to me like the tech just crammed it behind the started motor for the rear one and left the front one just dangling there? Does the PCV totally circumvent the O2 sensors? I kinda was under the impression that it (the PCV) would somehow plug into the existing O2 harness or something. Interesting if they're left to hang there in limbo. Looks unprofessional to me...

Watched the video. Looks much simpler than the one I stuffed into my Wide Glide. I zip-tied the o2 sensor cables to secured spots on my Dyna. The video didn't show this, but I'm sure they figure a buyer astute enough to install the PCV should know not to leave cables dangling near hot cylinders. When I installed my V&H SideShots, I installed the (non-functioning) o2 sensors into the head pipes and forgot about them. The pipe-mounted sensors are completely bypassed by the simulators plugged into the harness.
