Backfire then wont start

Hi guys I'm new on HD FORUM. Question for you. I stored my bike in a HD store back here in Montreal, Canada. a week ago I've put 1,000$ on it to start the season fresh with new set of brakes in front and in back, set of best quality spark plugs, had them changes the oils and change the filter of my Kuryakin hypercharger and paid for an over all check then the first day I took it out it started to backfire (never had any problem with it since I purchased it in 2005) then yesterday I could not start it. It's a stage 2 FXSTDI (with power commander) Softail Deuce 2005. First part of the question what went wrong and should it be part of the HD warranty since it was running great before a put it away and since the technicians worked on it it started to backfire and now wont start !? Thanks

take off the power commander, see if it starts

My friend had an issue like this with his sportster. Turned out to be the battery was bad.

My guess ecm (maybe p commander) MAP was corrupted by a bad electical connection. Happens more often than you think. Just takes a reflash of the map. If tha is the prob., then start checking all the electrical connections, battery through the fuses. you don't want that to happen again.
