2012 wide glide

Just want to start out by saying im new here and purchesed my first harley a month ago, i have had race bikes all my life needed a cheange, thus far i love it ! SoHello everyone !
Ok I been reading an learning I have a few questions
I have 600 miles on my bike so far and put the V&H staggered shorts on and yes I need a tune I realized.
I have the SE heavy breather in the box still an the PCV how many miles should I wait ? Or do it now ? I'm gonna do a down loads tune for now over the winter I'll dyno.
Can I put the Pcv an heavy breather on now ? Im getting mixed info people say 1000 miles ?

The recommended 1,000 miles is to allow time to see if you may have something in your drivetrain that may need warranty issues.
Be patient, that time will pass quickly.
